The Global Demand Accelerator (DX) team is looking for a manager to focus on advancing PepsiCos Image Recognition capability. This individual will work cross-functionally and across key sectors/markets to define vision, roadmap and make it come to life. Key Requirements: Identifying key tools/technologies and approaches used in image recognition in commercial context today Performing use case and KPI/reporting mapping to business needs and gaps analysis Working cross-functionally (Sales, DX, IT/Eng, S&T, Insights, Data Science) and cross-sector to identify solution pathways Leading business case development, driving solution-building including in-housing, and enabling deployment. Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales, DX, transformation and other functions in key markets or sectors, to create a vision for technology/data and processes to empower effective image recognition solutions for future Support development of PEP IR platform and related data/processes from a global commercial needs perspective Manage the development of / lead as directed, the relevant partnerships, and vendor management processes Scout key innovations and emerging / new solutions, and build an understanding of how they fit with PepsiCos needs Play key enabler role in advancing PepsiCos strategic in-housing initiative in this space Help develop relevant education/training programs for effective deployment Enable operationalizing and scaling #LI-USA Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors degree at a minimum but ideally a masters in business, engineering, or relevant fields Good level of CPG and sales/GTM understanding, Sales/commercial KPIs Exposure/experience with commercial / business planning/reviews, customer agreements, shopper marketing, etc. Excellent consulting and communication skills interfacing from sr leadership to analysts, and external partners 6-8 years of relevant experience Ideal Candidate will also have these differentiating competencies: Collaborative mindset and big-picture thinking beyond solutions within the current remit Ability to work in matrix and fast-evolving environment (esp. in sales/customer context) Fast learner, esp. in new tech space, from a business/commercial use perspective Experience implementing/deploying tech-enabled capability, enabling transformation COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role.
