Ciscos Customer Experience (CX) organization is one of Ciscos fastest growing teams, and the CX Engineering & Product Incubation organization is transforming how Cisco delivers value to our customers & partners via our product portfolio. This team is charged with driving the digital experience, automation and innovative strategies for CX SaaS products.

What You'll Do

You will build and execute an integrated customer, partner, executive and employee communication program for CX Cloud, a Cisco SaaS product. You will be able to inform, educate and inspire multiple internal and external stakeholder groups. You will also build messaging and story platforms from which to craft content that positions CX Cloud internally and externally, and provides engagement through multiple communications channels to ensure that we are telling one story in a way that excites and inspires our audiences.

You are highly creative and passionate, constantly bringing new ideas and innovative solutions to how we create stories that align to our overall message with CX Cloud, as well as how we deliver those stories to our audience.

  • Translate business goals into communications goals and crafting programs that help position Cisco's CX Cloud brand and value
  • Think strategically and creatively around translating business priorities into stories and visual concepts that are relevant and engaging to a broad audience across various channels
  • Build speaking and communications platforms that advance the communications and business goals and link to the overarching communications campaign
  • Work in true collaboration with individuals and teams to extract relevant information from multiple sources and blend into a range of communications
  • Socialize communications plans and platforms with multiple communications functions and key business leaders to advance message consistency and impact

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent years of work experience in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in Communications
  • Knowledge of customer experience and understanding of Cisco Services and products
  • Exceptional writing/editing skills and the ability to adopt the style, tone and voice of Cisco/CX
  • Shown ability to develop and deliver strategic communications plans
  • Knowledge of social media/networking platforms, monitoring tools and campaigns
  • Strong project management skills
  • Passion for working in a dynamic environment, with multiple, simultaneous projects and tight deadlines

Who You'll Work With

You will be a core member of the Insights and Innovation team and work cross functionally with CX Engineering, PMO, Product Management, Customer Success, Sales & Marketing and greater Cisco stakeholders in this role. The team is responsible for defining the strategy, processes, tools and mechanisms for scalable customer and partner feedback gathering, driving onboarding, adoption and engagement with CX Engineering products and collaborating across-CX teams to make our customers successful.
