Job Description

The Senior Analyst for Internal Communications, Transformation for PBNA is a multi-faceted role with a unique balance of corporate communications and internal storytelling responsibilities. The individual in this role will support the execution of communications plans that enable PBNA teams to achieve business goals and successfully engage with and adopt organizational changes related to a major multi-year systems implementation initiative.


  • Contribute to the development of strategic communications plans that will enable PBNA teams to achieve business goals and successfully understand, adopt and champion transformational organizational changes.
  • Partner with PBNA Change Management team to translate change impact implications for key stakeholders and broader audiences.
  • Develop dynamic materials and tools to engage PBNA teams as change champions.
  • Draft messaging for Transformation teams, targeted to key internal audiences.
  • Design creative storytelling, messaging, multi-media content and a full mix of offline and online channels to drive awareness and engagement, and achieve desired outcomes (e.g. internal websites, video content, town halls, Yammer, PepFeed, leadership letters, newsletters, etc.).
  • Partner with Global Communications and Change Management colleagues to ensure PBNA plans are wired and aligned with global strategic plans.
  • Partner with PBNA Internal Communications to rollout plans flawlessly and impactfully.
  • Maintain team collaboration sites and PBNA intranet as information/document repository.
  • Track metrics to measure effectiveness and progress against objectives to inform further program optimization.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 3 years PR/communications experience; corporate communications experience a must
  • Hands-on experience developing internal communications materials
  • High-level understanding of the PepsiCo beverage business and how it contributes to PepsiCo
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
