This position provides facilities support to one or more WellMed markets. Supports project management staff with assigned construction projects to include furniture/fixtures, equipment, and services setup.

Primary Responsibilities:

    ""
  • Takes ownership of assigned construction projects
  • ""
  • Completes and documents assigned project tasks
  • ""
  • Attends project meetings and provides required updates
  • ""
  • Orders materials and services when needed, obtaining appropriate approvals when necessary
  • ""
  • Monitors construction projects where assigned for timely startup of services
  • ""
  • Coordinates and manages staff relocations as assigned. Provides necessary information to other departments in a timely manner to ensure success of activities
  • ""
  • Documents issues and takes part in process improvement initiatives
  • ""
  • Maintain good relationships with IT and Integrations staff
  • ""
  • Oversees minor renovation projects
  • ""
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field (4+ years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelors degree)
  • ""
  • 4+ years of experience in facilities support
  • ""
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • ""
  • Computer literacy to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • ""
  • Current drivers license
  • ""
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • ""
  • Ability and willingness to work irregular hours on occasion
  • ""
  • Ability and willingness to travel (25%)
  • ""
  • You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location
  • ""
