Someone who is passionate about making a difference to the customers by adopting the latest technologies

Someone who will truly care about the customer well-being and help them design their network,  troubleshoot and overcome any technical problem they might be facing
Someone who can collaborate well with the internal team to tackle different customer requirements and enjoy while delivering the technical outcomes to the customers
Someone who can engage with wide and diverse customers , working closely with our internal global teams in America and Europe to get the most out of the Cisco technologies for our customers
Someone who looks forward to travelling to different countries in the world and work with peers and customers from different cultures

Ideal Candidate should be - 

A recent graduate or in your final year of study for a Bachelors, or Masters degree in a technical field (e.g., networking, computer science, IT, engineering)
Interest and good knowledge on Linux and programming languages like Python, Java ,  JavaScript etc.
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Minimum GPA : 4.0 (preferable but we would like to talk  to you anyway if you meet other requirements)
Passion for networking, IT  or computer science, knowledge of technologies
Strong analytical skills and an interest to solve technical problems
Ability to multi-task, work in a dynamic team environment and independently
Able to travel to customer sites in varies countries 

You may shine in this role if you have

Curiosity to learn new things and find out answers
Aspiration to be amongst the top engineers in the industry
Desire to use your technical skills to make things work better, to innovate
Courage to try new things, to speak out for what is right, and not afraid to make mistakes 
Cisco or industry certifications are a plus
Knowledge in any or all of the following areas would be a big plus -  Routing , Switching , Datacenter, Networking, Virtualization , Mobility, Wireless, Unified Communications, security, software defined networking.
