Job description

Public Affairs Lead is responsible for the development and implementation of public relations/communications strategies in conjunction with Thailand Leadership Team to overcome some of the environmental challenges and support business objectives. Also, develops and maintain relationships with external advocacy organizations, opinion leaders, institutions and key media.

In conjunction with Thailand Leadership Team both IMB and EMB, develop strategies and oversee execution of public affairs and corporate communication programs to enable the achievement of business objectives and Thailand's vision and mission.

Influence healthcare initiatives of relevance to the organization, through collaboration with key policy makers, patient groups and voluntary healthcare organizations.

Maintain active participation in relevant organizations, including industry associations, government representatives, medical committees, patient advocacy groups and key opinion leaders.

Liaising, together with the General Manager, on behalf of Pfizer with external stakeholders and communicate our brand in a way that supports and achieves the Pfizer values.

Lead Pfizer public affairs activities to leverage Corporate Philanthropy, corporate image and patient assistant programs to advance government relations objectives in Thailand.

Ensure high standards of Compliance to norms, policies, and procedures.


Essential: Bachelor or Master Degree in any field.

Preferred: Master Degree in MBA / Marketing/ Public Relations /Communication

Essential: At least 10 years' experience in government relations, public relations and/or marketing in multinational company as well as significant business and commercial experience.

Preferred: Direct experience in Pharmaceutical industry/consumer healthcare or public relations agency.

Fluency in written and spoken Thai and English
