Pepsi Beverages Company (PBC) is PepsiCos beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada. This position will be of the North America Beverage organization. The Customer Development Account Representative ( CDAR ) for Retail Sales is responsible for executing a selling strategy in PBNAs North Divisions Own The Streets segment in assigned territories. The CDAR role is responsible for selling the full PBC product portfolio into non-buying white space customers for the Own the Streets team (C&G & independent business). CDARs are to utilize local data to research and develop customer opportunity list to achieve revenue targets while cultivating strong relationships with customers and supporting the local Sales team. What Will Make You Succeed: Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods Focusing on securing \"More Space, Better Space & White Space\" with all accounts Ensure accurate handling of the administration of field communication, pricing accuracy and short pay management Utilize local data to research and develop customer opportunity list Utilize key selling processes (internal PEPSI way to sell, Pre/Post Call Planning, Profit Max) Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance Ensure customers are complying with PBNA contract requirements, ensure communication and alignment of initiatives Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction Analyze business trends to develop a business growth strategy Maintains wiring to the new accounts New Account Handoff: coach PSRs & CRs on selling and display execution, merchandising standards, and ensure accurate and timely execution. Establish contract agreement and Executional Framework objectives in targeted new accounts, achieving volume and revenue targets through mix of products and points of distribution Sells in First Focus and local promotions to identified customers Utilizes P.E.P.S.I. and PREMIER to provide superior customer service Fully executes ALL elements of SMART selling on every order Assumes and/or retains advantage position placements in targeted accounts Assures merchandising standards are executed in all accounts Meets PQI objectives Follow safe work practices (vehicle accidents, injuries) Cultivate strong relationships with customers Note:- Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location.
