The UnitedHealthcare Motion Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering incoming calls and making outbound calls with customers and members while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximizing productivity.


This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday- Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (7:00am to 6:00pm CST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 3803 North Elm Street Greensboro, NC 27455-2593.


Priimary Responsibilities:

  • Provide an excellent customer experience by quickly and accurately identifying and accessing individual customer needs and taking appropriate action steps to satisfy those needs; inquiries may include:
    • Handling customer inquiries on activity trackers. 
    • Identifying and communicating technical troubleshooting steps for activity trackers.
    • Answer questions on program earnings and points.
    • Communicate program changes.
    • Respond to customers in a compassionate, polite and courteous manner, especially in stressful situations when there is a need to communicate information that the customer may not want to hear
  • Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence and quality standards

This role is equally challenging and rewarding. You'll be spending long periods of time on the phone and called on to research complex issues pertaining to the caller's health, status and potential plan options. To do this, you'll need to navigate across multiple databases which require fluency in computer navigation and toggling while confidently and compassionately engaging with the caller.
