Cisco has a market leading position within the Cloud Collaboration and Communication market place. Within Cisco, Placetel is an innovative and constantly growing business unit offering Cloud PBX and Cloud UC solutions to the German SMB market. We are the specialists for digitized sales with a disruptive approach in selling cloud communication services. Our 20.000+ Placetel customers include well-known brands and companies as well as small and medium-sized enterprises.

 

What You'll Do

 

The Customer Success Manager is the key person for all new customers. You help our customers to activate the Placetel products and explaning the web interface of our service. Your success will reflect in long term customer relationships and satisfaction.

 

Who You Are

 

You are someone who is very customer oriented. It's helpful if you have experience in any of the below technical areas;

 

  • IP Phones and other Soft Clients including Unified communications clients with WebRTC

 

  • Background of mobile products
  • Able to explain technical products in an easy way to the customer

 

  • Your passion is a deeper understanding and creating of processes

 

Desired Skills

 

  • You've achieved a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Technology.
  • Have the ability to analyze complex data from various sources to define any issue, replicate and test for any issue with the aim of providing a solution to any issue.
  • You are highly regarded for your knowledge of VoIP, SIP, TCP/IP, WAN/LAN typology, SQL, Linux and Windows OS.
  • You're admired for having strong interpersonal skills.
  • Taking care of customers is your passion.
  • Liaising on complex technical issues with internal engineers in a professional manner
  • Able to develop positive relationships within the company to facilitate customer solutions
  • You can absorb large amounts of information in a dynamic fast-paced environment of modern communications technology and apply this knowledge in practical situations immediately
  • You thrive at meeting deadlines
  • Fluency in German and English
