  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

  • Customer Service experience managing multichannel customer engagement: 3 years (Required)

  • eCommerce or call center environment: 2 years (Required)

  • Typing speed 50 WPM with 98% Accuracy (Required)

  • Ability to Commute/Relocate: Saint Augustine, FL 32092 (Required)

  • Veteran/Military background (Preferred)



Company Overview: 

Til Valhalla Project (TVP) is a veteran-owned and mostly operated apparel and memorial product company. Proceeds acquired from sales provide free memorial plaques for the families of fallen military, first responders, and law enforcement, along with giving back to our Military community via donations raising awareness for Veteran Suicide. As a young, fun, and energetic environment where no two days are the same, we are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and artistic Customer Success Representative to join in our mission to ensure no fallen hero is forgotten.


 


Ideal Candidate: 

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for engaging directly with customers through emails, social media, reviews, and telephone. We are not looking for script-readers; we search for those who can engage our customers and think critically to help find the perfect product to memorialize, remind, or spread awareness for their loved ones. We ARE looking for someone to go above and beyond to Impress our customers. Operate with understanding, active listening, empathy, patience, and kindness to customers and team members. The right candidate will have an infectious personality, a desire to engage in meaningful conversation, and the ability to think critically and sometimes get creative with solutions. We are looking for someone who has a passion for genuinely helping others and impacting our customers' lives.


 


What is Expected of You?  



  • Serve as the liaison between the customer and distribution center.

  • Navigate between various e-commerce platforms and order management software to investigate orders, available stock, and products.

  • Engage directly with customers through written inquiries and telephone, independently, and consistently meeting customer needs.

  • Educate self on various product information, memberships, sales/ads, discounts, new and discontinued products.

  • Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers and follow-up as needed to resolve issues.

  • Collaborate with families and Branches/Departments by ensuring communication is open and memorial products meet customers expectations.

  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and dedication to exceed customer expectations and earn loyalty through accuracy, efficiency, courtesy, and knowledge.

  • Able to meet deadlines and to report expectations consistently.   

  • Other duties as assigned



What You Need to Succeed:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience managing multichannel customer engagement

  • 2+ years in an eCommerce or call center environment

  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal

  • Typing speed 50 WPM with 98% Accuracy

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, perform under tight deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to follow instructions, also exercise independent judgment, sound reasoning, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Critical thinker who can adapt standards to a wide variety of formats and develop new concepts.

  • Resiliency; respond well to constructive feedback.

  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information



Requires the Ability to:



  • Work in an internal environment varying in cool to hot temperatures.

  • Regularly required to sit for long periods, climb (stairs), and walk.

  • Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms. 

  • Regularly required to read, compose written correspondence, hear, and communicate verbally. 

  • Occasionally required to stand, bend, stoop

  • Sometimes required to lift and move objects 5-10lbs, occasionally lift and move items weighing more than 20 lbs.
