Our Customer Success Strategist role is part of the Advisory Board Research Division within OptumInsight. This role directly supports Scaled Delivery within the Health System Business to build and maintain a holistic, data-driven understanding of customer experience in partnership with our Marketing and Technology teams. Goals include improving customer NPS, membership utilization, and client engagement.

Primary Responsibilities:

    ""
  • Build and maintain a holistic, data-driven understanding of customer experience in partnership with our Marketing Technology team (including digital content utilization, virtual advisory service, and in-person interactions)
  • ""
  • Design and manage integrated customer campaigns to meet engagement, renewal, and share-of-wallet expansion objectives
  • ""
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and execute impactful digital engagement strategy focused on customer retention
  • ""
  • Utilize strong analytic ability to measure and report performance of all scaled-service and digital marketing campaigns, and assess performance against goals (KPIs)
  • ""
  • Surface product pain points, content positioning needs, and suggested solutions to Product Management
  • ""
  • Collaboratively develop creative customer engagement strategies for customers in diverse roles and levels in healthcare provider organizations

Required Qualifications:

    ""
  • 5+ years of professional experience with 3+ years of proven track record of success in digital engagement campaign management, digital product management, or customer success management
  • ""
  • Working knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools such as website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), email analytics (e.g. Eloqua, Marketo)
  • ""
  • Experience in diagnosing client risk and creating campaigns to address NPS vulnerabilities
  • ""
  • Experience using collaboration and executive presentation skills
  • ""
  • Quantitative analytic skills and data-driven thinking including a working knowledge of Domo, Excel, and Salesforce Analytics
  • ""
  • You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location, however, may be required to work from home temporarily due to space limitations
  • ""

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600.
