Your Role and Responsibilities
We require Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) for a variety of client management roles. These are intermediate-level positions with opportunities for development in a fast-paced, fast-growing team.
Customer Support Reps are the first point of contact for users of the Marketing Events Platform, and as such they are ambassadors of our business and service. The core activity involves receipt of customer issues via e-mail, chat and other platforms and the suggestion of its resolution as the first level of support and in case of more complex situations, divert the request to the next level of support.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Professional knowledge related to incumbent's department or function.




Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Recognize problems related to customer needs and route issues to relevant service provider for quick turnaround.
