What Youll Do:

You will join the industry leading CX Marketing organization responsible for aligning CX activities with Sales and Field Marketing to support an $8Billion annual business. The Americas Marketing Manager will drive the execution of marketing campaigns across the Commercial and Enterprise Segments in the Americas regions of US and Canada.

This role carries a very high degree of collaboration across Executives, Sales, Portfolio, Segment and Industry, and Growth Marketing in the Field.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Integrate CX and Services Portfolio into Americas Growth Marketing priority campaigns and Always on Journeys
  • Integrate CX Portfolio, speakers, messages and content into priority Americas Events
  • Drive internal awareness/education campaign for AGM, APO, and AMER Sellers with positioning of CX Portfolio in hearts and minds across Cisco

Create and manage the Americas partner marketing plan and drive engagement with 20 partners that generate at least $15M in marketing sourced bookings.

  • Team with Growth Marketing segment and industry leads to create an integrated strategy and outcomes to deliver revenue growth for the Enterprise and Commercial segments.
  • Design and execute the marketing mix and activities for assigned initiatives
  • Maintain consistent integration with Americas segment and industry digital platforms, events, and newsletters targeting customers, partners and Sales teams for the Enterprise and Commercial segments.
  • Collaborate with PR, AR to execute against field marketing strategies
  • Develop and leverage innovative marketing methods to achieve results
  • Manage and optimize Cisco CX presence at and following key events such as Cisco Connect, CiscoLive, and key region events for revenue, digital and social marketing impact
  • Track and report results on a quarterly basis

The team works with Sales leaders, partners and internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to drive marketing strategies that achieve business outcomes and grow Ciscos CX/Services business. You have a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and agile team that is undergoing an evolution of its practices and skills.

In this role, you will collaborate with relevant sales and marketing peers and stakeholders across the Americas to develop, execute, and measure Americas CX marketing initiatives.

You will be a strategic team member for the global CX Marketing team mapped to Americas regional sales and marketing leads and your counterparts across CX Marketing.

Who You Are

You are a strategic thinker and a creative, passionate Marketing leader who has an innate ability to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns. You have a solid understanding of how to effectively drive alignment and develop strategies across multiple teams in a cross functional organization. You are an expert in digital and traditional marketing and familiar with our audiences and how they prefer to be marketed to.

  • You have 6+ years of B2B Marketing and Communications experience, preferably in tech.
  • You have 3+ years of field marketing or partner marketing related experience
  • You have a proven record of accomplishment in creating and executing revenue impacting campaigns
  • You possess demonstrated digital marketing success.
  • Experience in a matrixed organizational structure


  • Demonstrate personal leadership and decision-making skills in a complex, agile, and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven modern marketing skills and experience.
  • Ability to collaborate and align with virtual teams across the business with cross-functional management.
  • Excellent oral/written communications skills are necessary to drive programs and influence stakeholders with strategies, plans, and metrics.
  • Demonstrate experience creating and driving campaigns through field sales and/or channel partners
  • High degree of internal Cisco knowledge a plus


Bachelors degree required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.


Minimum 10 years related experience.
