The CX Go To Market manager will help drive the strategy, analysis and execution of our new SaaS-based, lifecycle support service offers. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating field introduction and adoption of new portfolio offers; evangelizing them to Sales, Delivery, and Partner leadership teams
- Defining offer sales motion aligned to broader sales plays and global sales efforts
- Building offer positioning guidance; partner messaging; value proposition; sales segmentation; and route-to-market strategy in concert with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Partner organization
- Supporting sales & partner enablement strategy; assist with enablement collateral creation and early field training
- Accelerating customer acquisition by partnering with Sales and Product Management on customer identification & qualification for new offers
- Coordinating communications strategy for the new offer to the field, in line with GTM strategy and global communications plan
- Driving improvements in the offer & GTM by collecting and communicating feedback from Sales, Delivery, partners, and customers
- Owning the offer pipeline process (methodology/metrics/review cadence/tools) and driving efficiency in pipeline management
- Providing escalation support on sales, partner or operations (e.g., deals desk/war room) issues with the new offer
- Supporting GTM efforts to craft effective compensation/incentives for field teams and partners

Who You Are
- At least 6 years of experience in business, sales, or consulting with a strong track record of progressive experience and responsibility.
- Familiarity with go-to-market principles; some experience in product management, marketing, customer success, or operations/finance helpful
- Strong enterprise IT experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of Cisco products & services is helpful.
- Extensive cross-functional experience across a variety of roles like sales, strategy, business development, partnerships/alliances, consulting, project management, and services delivery
- Acumen in business, change management, and analytical capabilities with a passion for technology
- Problem solver who can quickly prioritize and execute action plans
- Strong written & verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Cisco senior leadership
- Ability to influence others and enlist their help on a variety of constantly evolving priorities
- Desire to continually learn and improve approaches and methodologies
- Comfortable under pressure in fast-paced and exciting environments
- Highly productive collaborating remotely with others; ability to be flexible working with peers across multiple time zones
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Bachelors degree required, MBA a plus
