What You'll Do

  • Be responsible for keeping the CX Product Marketing team focused and aligned on priorities by leading the business goal setting and operational planning and reporting process.
  • Monitor progress of key initiatives and priorities by meeting regularly with key partners to track results and challenges; ensure that commitments and priorities are being executed.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports to drive cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product marketing.
  • Drive strategic cross-functional initiatives, projects, meetings and commitments.
  • Build and operationalize the governance model, structure and processes required to enable teams alignment and collaboration, and build a scalable foundation for growth.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive culture, aligned with Ciscos values, where team members can thrive, be fully engaged and satisfied

Who You'll Work With

You will collaborate and partner with Product Marketing, GTM, events, Product Management, Practice leads. You will interact with Program Management and Operations leaders across Customer Experience, including product management, finance, business operations and engineering. You will also collaborate and engage with other GTM organizations across Cisco.

Who You Are

  • You've achieved a BS in Business Administration or related major
  • 7+ years of business management / program management experience in an enterprise level Go To Market / Marketing / Cross-functional organization
  • Power to influence peers, managers and executives, driving towards a decision while managing ambiguity
  • Effectively communicate problems, issues, risks, solutions, to partners
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills Flexible, adaptable. Self-starter who learns quickly with minimal supervision
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a high level of integrity and reliability. Proficient with collaboration and management tools such as Smartsheets and SharePoint
  • Agency experience is a plus.

What You'll Do

  • You'll develop technical marketing plans through deep engagement with product management, marketing, and sales engineering in order to influence technical decision makers
  • Own technical sales tools such as demos, PoC, white papers, technical architecture content, etc. for Perform & Transform offers; in particular, contribute to the Analytics & Insights, API, Collector and related documentation areas to support customers and the field
  • Provide responsive support for the field in deals to navigate competitive and business challenges as the go-to expert for sales and marketing
  • Inform product and marketing decisions / roadmap based on intimate understanding of customers' technical environments

Who You'll Work

With The CX Product Marketing Team is looking for a Senior Manager of Technical Product Marketing to build and lead a team of technical marketing managers for our CX Portfolio. The main partners for this role will be the Product Marketing, GTM, Product Management,, Product Engineering, and Sales and Partner Enablement. You will work in collaboration with other functions such as Field, Partner, and other Competitive Intelligence groups. You will serve as the interface to a group to partners and will require that you collaborate closely with Product Management, CX and Engineering teams. In this role, your main objective is to drive adoption of the CX Success Portfolio. The role will require you have to handle technical discussions with our engineering teams and customers.

Who You Are

  • 15+ years experience in technical marketing, technical sales, customer success, or engineering
  • Thorough understanding of CX offers and technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability developing and delivering technical white papers and presentations
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% to support sales, training, and marketing efforts
  • BA/BS in engineering/computer science or equivalent experience
  • A strong communicator who has a proven track record of effective public speaking
  • Track record of having written high quality technical collateral
  • Strong examples of mentorship and growing technical talent
  • TME or Technical Systems Engineering background preferred
  • Someone who can stand in for anyone in the TME team to handle technical conversations
