What You Will Do:

What We Look For (minimum requirements):

• Experienced in building strategic partnerships with teams outside CXC to source latest content for customer facing demonstrations
• Have an understating with Ciscos strategic pillars, and customer priorities. Align global demos with high level Cisco messaging.
• Work with geo sales leads to align demonstrations delivered out of regional CXCs with local seller priorities.
• Excellent solution-selling skills and knowledge of Cisco solutions, and eager to learn for continued knowledge expansion.
• Understanding of the overall Cisco Strategy and familiarity with Cisco Architecture Portfolio: Enterprise Networking, Security, Collaboration, Data Center, IOT, Cloud.
• A passionate and skillful public speaker, and a great listener to engage in conversations.
• You are creative at troubleshooting a live and connected demonstration playground.
• Know how to speak to a diverse audience including CxO level customers to translate technical information into digestible use cases.
• You have project management skills to handle multiple challenges and projects

Preferred Experience:

• 10+ years experience working customers
• Deep background in minimum 1 Cisco Architecture: Security, Enterprise Network, or Collaboration
• Experience with content creation e.g. graphic design
• Camera-aware to optimize the virtual viewing experience
• Cisco Certifications (e.g. CCIE, CCNA, DevNet, CCNP)
• Bilingual

During Cisco's Mandatory Work From Home:

• The CXC Demonstration SE team safely delivers virtual customer engagements from the Cisco facilities. Non-customer facing meetings and trainings will be done from home per the Cisco Mandatory work-from-home guidelines.
• Currently San Jose CXC is not receiving Customers in-person and will follow the Ciscos corporate return to office phases and guidelines around receiving guests on campus.
