AT&T are looking for a Cyber Security Technical Support Engineer who is interested in joining our Technical Support Team in Cork, Ireland. The Cybersecurity Technical Support Engineer will support customers over various mediums such as phone, email, screen-sharing, and the customer portal. You will enable customers to overcome challenges they experience while deploying and managing an USM Anywhere solution. You'll be tasked to document, escalate, and advocate for issues the customer experience while using the solution. Help produce internal and external knowledge base articles. The Cybersecurity specialist will work closely with other departments as needed to address customer concerns.

**This position involves working afternoon - evening shift. The shift pattern will generally be 3.30pm -12.30am local time Monday - Friday.**

The ideal Cybersecurity Technical Support Engineer candidate will clearly display the following:

**Preferred qualifications and experience**

Ideally we are looking for at least 4 of below:

+ Linux command line skills for the platform and network troubleshooting using commands like less, grep, htop, traceroute, ping, dig, tcpdump

+ Skills deploying virtual machines in various platforms such as Hyper-V and ESXi

+ Basic computer networking knowledge of TCPIP, DNS,Firewalls, Proxies, Port and Network Address Translation and the ability to apply them while troubleshooting

+ Ability to Communicate in a Professional, Friendly, and Effective Manner

+ Ability to provide Technical Support while achieving a high level of Customer Satisfaction

+ Strong collaborator, solutions oriented, team focused

+ 3rd Level IT Degree

+ Working Windows experience and troubleshooting skills such as reading and interpreting event logs

+ Working Linux experience and troubleshooting skills such as reading and interpreting logs

+ Working Networking experience and troubleshooting skills such as VPN, Tcpdump

+ Experience working with SIEM

+ Experience working with Endpoint Security

+ Experience working with VMware

+ Experience working with AWS

+ Experience working with Azure

+ Experience working with Google Cloud Platform

+ Experience with Java

+ Scripting Skills
