D+A Operations Assoc Manager
Overview Role will be based in either of Purchase, Plano or Chicago locations. This role will be part of a growing team focused on supporting the Data + Analytics Operations team within PepsiCo. You will directly support the Data + Analytics Chief of Staff and Operations Lead with building, defining, documenting, and managing sustainable operational processes. You will work closely and collaborate with teams across the Data + Analytics organization to deploy and embed these processes within our business function. You will be a central point of connection for all Data + Analytics teams to ensure the day to day operations is executed seamlessly. Responsibilities Data Product Process Development: Define and refine critical processes within the Data and Analytics team Identify areas of opportunity across each team to enhance our ways of working as an organization Coordinate and lead cross functional discussions to align on teams ways of working System/Tool Enablement: Lead the D+A team with the development, execution, and roll out of new systems and tools Lead the integration, training, and roll out of new systems and tools Identify areas of opportunity and implement solutions that can mitigate existing organizational gaps Lead the evaluation of tools that will be used to support the D+A team Process Documentation: Document all D+A processes, and ensure full alignment across teams Development of artifacts to support aligned processes Develop a structured process for maintaining business operations documentation for the team Process Alignment & Deployment: Work with the broader Strategy and Transformation operations team to define our change management process, tools, and implementation strategy Serve as the point of contact for all process improvements within the Data and Analytics team KPI Development & Implementation: Define all D+A operational KPIs that are to be stewarded on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Develop process for KPI stewardship and review Build and develop dashboards for visualizing and tracking KPI status for teams across Data and Analytics Compensation and Benefits: The expected salary range is $ 81000 -$ 117400. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications Bachelors degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university required, MBA preferred 5-7 years of experience in business operations or related operations role Experience developing structured processes and optimizing existing practices Experience navigating large matrix organizations Extensive experience utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint to develop presentations Exceptional problem solving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong system and technical skills not limited to: Tableau, PowerBI, Microsoft Excel, Microsof PowerPoint, & Sharepoint Advance experience in MS Office Product (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint, etc.) Self-starter mindset with the capability to manage-up Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences","location_name":"NY-Purchase-700-HDQ-NY211","street_address":"700 Anderson Hill Rd","city":"Purchase","state":"New York
