D&I Manager - Consumer & Small Business

**Job Description:**



The Global Human Resources Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Manager for Consumer and Small Buisiness will execute the line of business D&I strategy and Programs, under the guidance of the D&I Executive. They will have responsibility for leading current D & I initiatives and also the opportunity to develop and deliver new initiatives. They will be a strong communicator, with excellent judgment and must demonstrate attention to detail in their work. The D&I Manager will be an innovative, decisive, results-oriented professional who can develop and manage relationships across the business with a wide variety of partners.



**Responsibilities:**



+ Program manage the D&I Review process, partnering with Talent Acquisition and HR to develop a weekly review of senior leader promotions and hires for our D&I leaders to review for diversity impact. This requires process management, data analytics and producing executive ready communications weekly

+ Analyze D&I data, utilize to inform our D&I strategy, programs and areas of focus

+ Share impactful monthly D&I reporting with Business leaders

+ Provide D&I data for business reviews and other key routines

+ Develop and execute innovative Diversity and Inclusion Programs that support business goals

+ Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to business leaders and Human Resources colleagues

+ Partner with the bank wide Employee Networks to deliver initiatives to Consumer and Small Business employees and to engage Consumer and Small Business employees and leaders in the Employee Networks

+ Manage executive participation in D & I events, leading this from invitation, to briefing, then providing onsite support and follow up

+ Partner with the Enterprise Diversity and Inclusion team to deliver Enterprise D & I programs to Consumer and Small Business employees, track participation and impact

+ Develop new and enhance existing methods to report on progress made against D & I goals _Enterprise Role Overview_ _Manages comprehensive diversity and inclusion solutions for the bank. Solves complex problems or needs related to core diversity and inclusion needs and opportunities. Leads major projects, programs or processes with significant business impact involving cross-functional teams and/or organizations. Influences strategic direction and develops / implements plans to achieve diversity and inclusion outcomes. Possesses strong and extensive technical or functional diversity and inclusion related knowledge. May also develop and/or sponsor tactics to achieve diversity and inclusion strategic objectives across multiple businesses / functional groups. May serve as a SME to advise, consult, improve and influence diversity and inclusion related outcomes. Responsible for hiring, managing, coaching and developing associates including, but not limited to D&I Consultants, HR Analysts, etc._



**Required Skills:**



+ 3+ years experience in a client facing human resources role, with relevant experience in Diversity and Inclusion, learning, leadership development, performance management or strong relatable skills and experience.

+ Sound judgment and strong communication skills

+ Strong project management experience and skills.

+ Proven data orientation and analytic skills, the ability to apply a combination of inductive and deductive reasoning to examine information, interpret results, arrive at logical conclusions, and recommend solutions; inclusive of data mining and ad hoc reporting

+ Financial services experience preferred.

+ Current knowledge and understanding of Diversity and Inclusion legislation and best practice (or a clearly demonstrated desire to build this knowledge)



+ Thrives in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment. Able to operate in an ambiguous environment or an environment where priorities may change quickly.

+ Bachelor degree required, Masters degree preferred in relevant areas (e.g., MBA, Organization Development, Organization Behavior, I/O Psychology, etc.)
