As a Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a focused team dedicated to helping to make the health care system work better for everyone. This position is a part of the Reporting and Data Management team that supports Rally Health and Prevention-related reporting data. In this role, you'll be involved in supporting report fulfillment using different reporting tools. Youll use your analyst skills in gathering, analyzing and evaluating fulfillment metrics meant to measure our effectiveness in meeting business needs. You will be a primary contributor and subject matter expert related to report fulfillment efforts and managing timelines from submission to delivery. Were looking for someone with analytical and reporting skills who is also a solid cross-team collaborator and communicator; someone who can convey complex/technical information in a manner that others can understand.

"Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains standard reporting and analytical processes/procedures to ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports to support key departmental and corporate initiatives
  • ""
  • Utilize MicroStrategy, Tableau and SQL to support our standard suite of client facing reports based on the business requirements and specifications outlined by RDHM and Growth Office leadership.
  • ""
  • Ability to visualize the data, present insights and maintenance of current monthly reporting dashboard model reflective of work completed by the Fulfillment Team.
  • ""
  • Implement and support process improvement initiatives and automation for efficiency where appropriate.
  • ""
  • Provide information and/or assistance (e.g., answer questions about individual reports, fields included, etc.) to internal team members to support requirements gathering and planning efforts
  • ""
  • Document report subscription processes and procedures in order to ensure business continuity in the generation of reports and automation tools.
  • ""
  • Provide ongoing support for all maintenance activities required for the successful, on-time delivery of all subscribed standard reports.
  • ""
  • Ensure compliance with database/data modeling standards and naming conventions when performing data analysis activities outside of normal standard report suits
  • ""
  • Collaborate with QA and Development teams to ensure testing efforts of new/updated reports align with system deliveries and business processes.
  • ""
  • Identify scenarios that may require performance testing, and communicate to appropriate testing groups (e.g., QA, reporting tool upgrades, etc.)
  • ""
  • Communicate and ensure full understanding of changes to applicable groups, in order to facilitate ongoing stability
  • ""
  • Ensure that operational documentation is updated to include system maintenance/update changes
  • ""
  • Identify and/or provide opportunities for additional training and learning to support process and report improvements
  • ""
  • Share and promote best practices with applicable internal business partners to ensure optimal reporting tools and processes are utilized.

  • Provide mentorship to other Analysts and cross-team members

Required Qualifications

    ""
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • ""
  • 3-5 years of experience with relational database systems and database concepts
  • ""
  • 3-5 years of experience working with data, data analysis and SQL (Structured Query Language).
  • ""
  • 2+ years of experience providing analytical support
  • ""
  • Intermediate Microsoft Suite Knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • ""
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in utilizing MicroStrategy, Tableau and ability to read and write SQLBS/
  • ""
  • You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location.
  • ""
