\u003Cdiv data-field=\u0022Position_Description\u0022 class=\u0022Summary\u0022\u003EPOSITION PURPOSE - \u003Cbr /\u003E The Supply Chain Asset Protection Manager is responsible for ensuring that all Asset Protection and Safety programs within The Home Depot Supply Chains are fully implemented within a single facility. \u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cbr /\u003E MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - \u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003E25% Initiate investigation (internal and/or external) based on a review of the Key Performance Indicators and related scorecard data and other indicators that are present (i.e. AWARELINE tips, open packaging, information passed by other associates, etc.)\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E15% Conduct monthly audit regimen that provides insight into shrink risk, overall safety compliance and regulatory compliance. The audit process will also highlight operational deficiencies and will lead to the development of a dynamic game plan that will correct or mitigate exposures identified within the scope of the audit.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E15% Maintain compliance with all Supply Chain security measures that will include but not be limited to a seal compliance and testing program, maintaining a strong physical security presence, all electronic security systems are in good working order at all times.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E10% Conduct safety training and general AP topic related training each month with all associates.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E10% Oversee and insure the integrity of the inventory accuracy auditing program within their assigned facility.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E15% Complete and participate in all safety incident investigations so as to drive accountability and develop, if needed, new processes that prevent safety incidents from occurring.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E10% Act as resource and support the implementation and execution of the DC associate awareness program.\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E NATURE AND SCOPE - \u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003ETypically reports to Regional Manager Supply Chain Asset Protection Responsible for helping others and providing on the job training or guidance\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003C/div\u003E\u003Cdiv data-field=\u0022Postion_Requirement\u0022 class=\u0022Requirement\u0022\u003EMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS -\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EMust be eighteen years of age\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EMust pass the Drug Test\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EMust pass the Background Check\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EMust pass pre-employment tests if applicable\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003EEDUCATION REQUIRED - \u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EThe knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE - 02 \u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS - \u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EMost of the time is spent sitting or standing in the same location or there may be a need to stoop regularly or move/lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - \u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003E1-3 years of Supply Chain / Distribution management experience. Logistics and/or field investigations experience.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E2 or 4 year college degree. Certified in mobile surveillance techniques.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EExperience with development and delivery of AP/Safety training awareness programs.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EExperience with CCTV and digital recording devices.\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES - \u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EProficient computer skills in Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint and/or Access programs.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EAbility to work cross functionally with a fast pace leadership team.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EGood communication skills (verbal and written) both operationally and within the Asset Protection group.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EAbility to respond and develop action plans based on audit findings and events within the assigned environment.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EAn understanding of various regulatory compliance issues including but not limited to OSHA, EPA, Life Safety Code, DOT, etc.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EAbility to engage associates at all levels in order to drive awareness and compliance to asset protection programs.\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003C/div\u003E
