DC Strategy Lead

DC platform and talent strategy :

+ Manage all DC cross functional activities as assigned.

+ Work with Head of DC Strategy & Technology Innovation to create and monitor annual DC budget and resource operating plan with finance and other key lines support; drive to develop an optimized process for clinical trial cost and internal resource cost management, including but not limited to workload assessment and resource forecasting; tracks the metrics reports on regular basis; to ensure DC operations meets China portfolio priority and demands.

+ As DC key business representative, leverage global advanced tools and technology to ensure DC operations are effectively aligned with corporate practice, including and not limited to:

+ Liaison and drive implementation of GPD Volume 2: Best in Show initiatives in DC lines,

+ Contribute to GPD Volume 3: 21st Century Trials initiatives from DC lines,

+ Utilize DC internal and external resources, and implement new technology to improve function efficiency and productivity,

+ Identify DC function lines business needs and coordinate the technology supports for the continuity improvement activities,

+ Support Head of DC Strategy & Technology Innovation on decision making by collecting and summarizing information; support key presentations for internal and external meetings; contribute to strategies for DC and lead matrix team projects or meetings as required.

+ Design and implement the talent strategy based on China people management forum, innovative training and education, elevate local capacity according to the fast growing portfolio, embed the bold move culture into DC organization CRDC business management role :

+ As a member of CRDC Business Operations function team, work with the team to manage center wide activities if applicable.

+ Participate Outsourcing activities if applicable:

+ Outsourcing model planning and implementation, oversight and improvement.

+ Vendor evaluation, selection, oversight

+ Vendor engagement, audit and inspection, performance.

+ Work with CRDC Business Operations team to liaison with all enabling functions (i.e. BT, GO, HR, finance, legal etc.) and CRDC functions to ensure daily efficient operations in CRDC and adequate infrastructure and technology available; coordinate operational support for CRDC, as required, e.g. center-wide activities, health and safety as well as information protection etc.; ensure that CRDC has efficient and appropriate resources in administrative support.

+ Collaborate with key stakeholders from relevant corporate Divisions/BUs or sites and functional lines to ensure the immediate response and resolution to their various requests and questions.

+ Promote effective communications and relationships within CRDC internal; leverage CRDC platform to share information and best practice cross all functions in CRDC sites.

+ Support CRDC Business Operations team for all CRDC sites in China and maintain CRDC's / DC's Business Continuity Plan.

+ Support finance and legal for local company registration and taxation rated activities as assigned.

+ Deliver meaningful culture impact to CRDC organization through inspiring townhall, celebration, ceremony, internal/external communication, awards and innovative activities New product strategy

+ Support and lead new product evaluation with business development (BD), portfolio management team, clinical and pharma science, and clinician team, to address Pfizer business needs in short term and long run

+ Collaborate the commercial team, including marketing team, BD and Business analysis (BAI) to identify business potential of new product, competitive information analysis, external and internal performance benchmarking matrix in product development, stuff/resource management and etc.

+ Design and develop innovative approach for new product development in specific categories or therapeutic area (TA).

+ Support PAC(Post-Approval Commitments) strategy in negotiation, design, implementation and remedy, and acts as point of contact for improving effectiveness of Pfizer China PACs in specific TA

+ Act as point of contact for PedCoE in specific TA to optimize for Pediatric Excellence

+ Support, drive and implement innovative program in safety strategy.

+ Enhance clinical trial experience, collect patient/site insights through advisory board, polling programs, and other innovative/digital approach, through the collaboration with clinician team and CTM team.

+ Timely manage the internal and external product related stakeholders locally and globally
