* The Digital Product Operations department focuses on operationalizing the intersection of standards, strategy, and execution in order to mature the Digital Product Management capability and lead the firm in different ways of working to deliver on our products, services, and experiences more seamlessly, today and the future. We build out processes, improve consistencies across digital products, improve communication to stakeholders, and provide data analytical insights.

*Responsibility Summary :*
* Responsible for team leader(s) (TL), if applicable within the department; if TLs do not exist, responsible for project coordinators (PC), Sr. PC, project leaders (PL) and/or Sr. PLs in the department.
* Focus on team development, team health, and creating the right conditions to reinforce cultural mindsets through the competencies and leader expectations.
* Provide development and mentoring on product and/or project management processes and guidelines through timely and ongoing feedback, holding the team accountable for results.
* Partner with other leaders to determine project leader assignments within the department, based on a detailed understanding of skills, experiences, and needs.
* Engage in evaluations, planning for, and establishing or improving operational ways of working with senior business leaders, Firm PMO, Technology leaders, key stakeholder groups, and PACE (Product and Agile Center of Excellence).
* Provide strategic direction on incremental and disruptive innovation opportunities to project and product management methodologies, processes and tools through the integration of consistent practices across the capability.
* Establish and maintain effective communications and relationships across countries, departments, capabilities, divisions and vendors.
* [Stay in tune with product portfolio health (e.g., velocity, quality, objectives, issues/risks) of all digital products within the portfolio that the team is helping to support]()
* [Utilize pro-active monitoring of measures, insights, and risk management when partnering with senior leadership.]()
* Help facilitate initial portfolio intake for prioritization of ideas and new work from digital products, programs, projects, and segments.
* Familiarity with key interdependencies, and help mature operational capability integration opportunities in order to leverage synergies in work and product delivery across digital product portfolios.
* Lean into team and capability needs across portfolios, including definition of roles / responsibilities, necessary talent, and communication plan.
* Facilitate major trade-off decisions, including communicating recommendations to senior leaders; only escalate when absolutely necessary.
* Be able to communicate impacts to teams by leading through change and ambiguity, advocate for adoption, being a role model, and helping support the needs of the team to navigate changes.
* Remove roadblocks regarding processes, tools, responsibilities as well as driving accountability challenges and escalation as needed.
* Responsible for the design, development and implementation of effective/efficient reporting to show alignment to key measures for the department.

* Bachelor's degree required
* MBA or graduate degree preferred
* Project management certification (PMP) or Agile Certification a plus.
* Experience in planning for execution in Agile and Agile Transformations preferred.
* 10 or more years of related business experience with increasingly responsible positions. Experience must include leading teams, leading other leaders, planning, setting strategy and direction, and leading "enterprise-wide" efforts. 3 years of leadership experience including significant people responsibilities and delivering results through others.
* 5+ years of project or product management experience
* Strong systems thinking and integration management analytical skills
* Experience leading project cost / benefit reviews
* Experience mentoring project leaders at all levels
* Must have strong critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to deliver results through others.
* Must have demonstrated ability to influence, build consensus, and foster collaboration throughout the decision making process, between stakeholders across the firm.
* Superior interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) with a strong ability to influence directly and indirectly across the firm.
* Ability to multi-task; able to effectively handle multiple priorities/ responsibilities.
* Able to effectively lead and thrive in ambiguity in a constant state of fast-pace changes.
* Demonstrated experience in managing ""upward"" among senior leadership.

* Effectively analyze and resolve complex problems while working with teams. Ability to identify, prioritize, monitor, communicate and/or resolve issues that impact large, complex bodies of work and that require facilitation with multiple areas.
* Ability to look at business objectives and provide solutions to problems that are right for the business.
* Most problems are complex and non-routine. Must be able to identify and propose solutions in gray areas where little or no guidance is available.
* Identify, prioritize, monitor, communicate and resolve critical issues that can impact the department.

* Degree of decision-making risk is high, as decisions can impact the performance of the portfolio and/or department.

*Span of Influence:*
* Participates in the strategic planning processes. Looks at portfolio/program/project impacts across the firm.
* Position has influence over portfolios/programs/projects that impact the entire firm.
* Responsible for the health of multiple digital products.
* Processes or systems developed may be used for several years, so impacts of performance and decisions could be significant and possibly long-term. Value delivery may pose significant risk or provide significant benefit to the firm.
* Leadership responsibilities include direction and coaching of associates both directly and indirectly responsible for.
* Affects and interacts with all levels of the firm. They are in frequent contact with partners, leaders and associates in other departments and divisions. This role will have a significant amount of interaction with senior leadership.
