We're looking for a research lead to help shape the future of collaboration and imagine the workplace of the future.

Who you are:

  • An experienced, rigorous mixed methods researcher, skilled in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies with 10+ years of experience
  • A manager with 2+ years of experience leading inclusive teams, creating a sense of community, establishing psychological safety and supporting a growth mindset among researchers
  • An advocate and influencer with proven experience impacting product direction who can drive clarity across multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams
  • An empath who understands how a few extra clicks can wreck a worker's productivity and acts as the voice of the user throughout the product development process

What you'll do:

  • Work with product teams and executives to develop research strategies to help define the future of collaboration
  • Manage and mentor a diverse, distributed, curious team of design researchers
  • Create efficient feedback loops between our customers and product teams using in-depth interviews, concept validation, moderated and unmoderated testing, surveys and workshops.
  • Proactively seek out ways to improve the experience of our customers and create new opportunities for our business.
