Frito Lay is launching a new initiative to provide more SKU (product) capability and availability across the nation to our customers. With this new endeavor we are modifying our warehousing capabilities and capacity through either expansion or additional locations. This role directly interfaces with Frito leadership and IT project managers to deliver this 400-million-dollar multiyear program. Youll be directly involved (not owning) in the entire site process from breaking ground to starting up warehouse systems / applications and moving product out the door. Position Overview: The purpose of this role is to provide IT support to our business partners as we expand our product availability to our customers across the supply chain. This role not only involves financial responsibilities, but also collaboration and execution with multiple business customers. This unique position requires the ability to engage and understand the IT landscape with various project managers while delivering updates in simple / general terms to our business partners. The candidate will provide input and guidance on the project and sharpen important skills that they will carry with them throughout their career. This role interfaces with senior leadership from multiple areas and that visibility can provide opportunity for the future. Primary Accountabilities: Work with project managers and ensure they are achieving deliverables and projects are on track. Work with business partners across multiple groups delivering updates to projects and timelines on a weekly basis. Proactively identify and help remediate roadblocks ensuring projects will be delivered on-time and on budget. Collaborate with infrastructure and business partners to ensure all financial budgets are created and tracked. Collaborate with external partners and individual site personnel ensuring all steps for a site deployment are completed on-time. Generate program level summary presentations for senior leadership. #LI-USA Qualifications/Requirements Minimum of 2 years IT experience, PepsiCo experience a plus 1 year IT customer service interfacing role must possess excellent communication skills must be able to facilitate technical support calls must be able to communicate to IT and business senior leadership.
