Your Role and Responsibilities
Our Infrastructure Services sales people are lucky enough to sell some of the world's most innovative IT consultancy solutions. You get to interact directly with clients in a wide array of areas. You will work both with IBM teams and independently, rapidly assuming direct responsibility for maximizing existing and new business opportunities, within Infrastructure Services.
To make sure you make the most of these opportunities, youll benefit from some of the best training in the world to help you grow your career and gain exposure to international clients. The ability to articulate what IBM sells in terms that are relevant to the client is essential.
Principal Responsibilities:
  • You will be working with IBMs Marketing and Sales teams to develop and execute sales campaigns
  • Screening & qualifying marketing/inbound generated responses
  • Through continuous personal development you will become a subject matter authority and act as an influencer and trusted advisor for your clients
  • Creating opportunities according to the defined criteria through research of customers and prospects independently
  • Social Media will play a big part in how you engage, interact and influence your clients
  • You have personal drive and ambition to make you stand out
  • You will build your network of contacts both within IBM and your client base, making yourself the go to person for your specific field
  • You will take personal interest in everything you do, putting your client first, being prepared to take on challenges, solve problems and work with your team to get things done
  • You will have strong communication skills and are able to present complex concepts, designs and solutions, verbally and visibly.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Minimum 1year business development/ lead generation experience with a track record in achieving personal business targets
  • Can translate business pains into business solutions & work with internal sales teams in an effective way to find the right solutions for clients
  • You will demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • A high level of energy, initiative and commitment is required to enable you to work in a fast moving and challenging environment
  • You will be able to show evidence of your professional development through, courses, certification forums etc.
  • You must be fluent/native in a Nordic language.

  • Keen interst in technology & learning
