**About the Role:**


Xandr is seeking a Director of Global Demand Side Platform Partnerships (DSPs) responsible for owning and developing a book of business, representing some of the largest companies in the advertising technology landscape. This will be a key role in managing DSPs partnerships which drive advertising spend to Xandrs Monetize platform across multiple channels (connected TV, display, mobile, audio etc). Responsibilities include cultivating executive-level client relationships, uncovering partnership opportunities and working to remove blockers both internally and with clients.


**About the team:**


The Global Partnerships, Demand Side Platforms team are the connection point between the largest DSPs and Xandr Monetize (our leading sell-side platform for media companies). The team is responsible for ensuring DSPs are integrated into Xandr and are able to seamlessly purchase inventory across channels and deal types. The team is driven by creating long term partnerships to drive value for both Xandr and the client. The team has mastery of the digital ad technology ecosystem including the companies involved and industry trends. They are experts in documenting our partnership details and integration details to better collaborate with internal teams across Xandr.

Responsibilities:


+ Manage and grow our partnerships across the largest DSPs globally through structured joint business planning and execution against strategic priorities

+ Drive long-term partnership value by developing understanding of clients business, technical challenges, operating environment and capabilities

+ Develop key relationships from day-to-day to exec level contacts across the book of business

+ Document key partnership initiatives for the benefit of internal stakeholders which include Sales, Operations, Technical Integrations, Legal and Marketing.

+ Create and deliver regular communications on top client initiatives, blockers and opportunities to internal stakeholders including Sales, Product and Technical Operations teams

+ Gain an understanding of Xandrs strategy and product offerings as well as Xandrs point of view on industry topics to share with current partners

+ Provide structured feedback to product on needs and use cases to shape roadmap


**About your skills and experience:**


+ 7+ years of relevant job experience; working in Partnership Management or other client facing roles in software-based technology (Programmatic is a plus)

+ Ability to build rapport internally with Legal, Product, Sales, Operations and Finance team

+ Demonstrated ability to hit revenue targets in a fast paced and changing environment

+ Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage priorities

+ Experience and comfort in building and managing relationships at the senior and executive level

+ Proven ability to derive and effectively communicate insights from analyzing data

+ Ability to communicate effectively across various markets to a distributed and global team
