The Director attracts, hires, and develops people who take a learner-centric approach to defining and routinely validating learning needs for targeted audiences.\u0026nbsp; The Director works through the team to create effective content and execution plans, and ensure needs are addressed with simple, relevant, and effective solutions. The Director keeps the team focused on the learner, while emphasizing the importance of a strong relationship and partnership with the business.
