Drives collaborative and integrated campaigns cross channel. Ensure creative aligns with strategic and creative briefs. Oversees both internal teams and agency partners.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E20% - Works closely with Account Services, Media and Merchandising Marketing to ensure advertising and messaging drives overall business goals.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E15% - Champion a culture of continuous testing and learning, leveraging customer insights, key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to iterate and optimize creative executions. Proactively identify and resolve issues that might impair the team\u0026rsquo;s ability to meet goals and objectives.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E10% - Captains new media/forward thinking opportunities and technology solutions for improving channel efficiency and creative performance.
