POSITION SUMMARY
- Responsible for day to day operations of Nursing department, activities, social services, central supply, medical records, clinic, physical therapy and business office for Kenmare Hospital. Staff education, scheduling, hiring, discipline, orientation. Responsible for provider call and clinic schedule. Responds to all emergency situations and acts as administration representative in the absence of the Administrator.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses and Certifications Required
  - Current or temporary RN license in ND or compact RN licensure.
  - ACLS, TNCC, and BLS certifications required within 6 months.
- Educational Requirements
  - RN program as evidenced by licensure.
- Experience Requirements
  - Prefer management experience.
- Special Skills or Training Requirements
  - Flexible and able to work with others.
