Director, Organization Effectiveness and Change Management

We are looking for an Organization Effectiveness and Change Management Director to join our team of internal consultants specializing in transformational change, team effectiveness, organization and process design! This role is part of PepsiCo Beverages North America, the refreshment beverage unit of PepsiCo Inc.

About the Work

Enable the organization to achieve its transformational goals by:

  • Conducting change readiness and stakeholder assessments to understand the current organizational landscape, potential challenges and change drivers
  • Uncovering change impacts and develop a user-centric strategy to bring impacted stakeholders to the desired future state
  • Reviewing the transformational change agenda, identifying how the aggregated changes will impact end-users

Support the development of high performing, cohesive teams by:
  • Designing and facilitating team strategy sessions to surface team insights, obstacles and priorities
  • Designing and implementing plans to help teams gain alignment on their purpose, objectives and operating norms

Utilize a systems thinking approach to:
  • Diagnose organizational needs and performance gaps and work with stakeholders to develop and implement a plan
  • Design optimal operating models, org structures and processes to drive efficient and productive work

Build the OE and Change Practice and capability by:
  • Developing a toolbox models, interventions and methodologies based on the latest leading practices

About the Stakeholders
You will work with
  • Organization Effectiveness and Change Management to develop and evolve our practice
  • HRBPs, Executives and Field leadership to diagnose team and organizational obstacles and implement transformational change

Specifically, this role will support our North Division Field Organization, Supply Chain, Finance and Human Resources Sector organizations.



About the Required Experience and Capabilities

  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement transformational change strategies, to drive and sustain behavior change and to work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders from executive level to frontline
  • Strong consulting skillset, inclusive of project scoping and management, hypothesis development, uncovering insights and ability to make the complex simple
  • Proficiency in Change Management theories and methods and strong ability to pragmatically apply to business challenges focused on the people and behavior side of change
  • Bachelors Degree, preferably MS in HR, I&LR, Org Development and Leadership or other related field
  • Minimum 10 years experience in organization development, change management, or human capital consulting experience
