ADP is hiring Director - Product Management, Employee & Manager Experience in our NYC, NY location. We are looking for someone who is as passionate about what they do at work as they are about how they play and spend their personal time. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    \r\n
  • Drive the product design process. Work closely with User Experience Designers, Researchers and Engineers to build intuitive designs that are focused on the way employees and managers want and expect to work.\r\n
  • Collaborate. This is the key to success. In this position, you will work closely with client product advisory councils and internal business partners to develop a strong and meaningful vision and roadmap for the new employee and manager experience. You will also be responsible for working with your scrum team(s) -- keeping them motivated, making sure that they have a very robust, prioritized backlog and helping them to understand how the work that they are doing contributes to the overall vision and success of the company.\r\n
  • Leadership & Influence. Communicate product plans & vision with business partners and executives to gain alignment and support for initiatives.\r\n

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

\r\n
    \r\n
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in an Agile /Scrum team environment.\r\n
  • Great communication skills - ability to explain complex business processes in an easy to understand way.\r\n
  • Creativity -- ability to bring ideas that solve complex business transactions in engaging and intuitive ways.\r\n
  • Self-starter - ability to learn technology quickly through knowledge sharing & learning programs.\r\n
  • A sense of humor, passion, and ideas for how to build better HCM solutions.\r\n

PREFERRED QUALIFICATONS:

\r\n
    \r\n
  • ADP Experience -- in-depth knowledge of ADP's standard event based API's; knowledge of ADP's HCM Solution capabilities; technical expertise in troubleshooting API issues. \r\n
