Cross Border Trade is a start-up business for Walmart with a huge potential in the coming years. We expect this to be a multi-billion dollar business for Walmart in a few years as this is one of the fastest growing segments of eCommerce in the industry.

As a Director, Product Management, you will lead Product strategy & execution for the Cross Border initiative under the International eCommerce technology group. You will lead a team of highly talented and motivated Product Managers. You will demonstrate management skills and leadership through hard & dotted lines and foster a team spirit and a highly collaborative environment.

You and your team will base your work on consumers and international sellers' needs and business objectives, lead the roadmap through collaboration with multiple in-market and support working teams, measure outcomes to ensure desired results, promote a customer centric environment and demonstrate adaptability within a large, complex organization. The teams that you will interact with include engineering, UX and visual design, project managers, business owners, finance, marketing and other stakeholders.

You will partner on the development of strategies to drive long-term vision by connecting with various stakeholders on their needs in all areas eCommerce. You will assess emerging external & competitive capabilities and contribute to a broader team that sets and achieves high aspirations. You will also support efforts on driving lasting change through shepherding an agile & collaborative style of working with teams at various stages on the journey.

You have an entrepreneurial spirit and can be an effective change champion within the organization. You make decisions based on facts and numbers, and not opinions. You like to challenge the status quo and be challenged by your team and your colleagues. You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in written form, and can make a clear case using data to drive the customer agenda forward.

You will act as a product evangelist, change champion, and spokesperson providing support and domain expertise to cross-functional teams across the enterprise.

Big part (around 25%) of your job will also involve traveling - both domestic & international to meet with internal & external stakeholders that this team needs to partner with

Develops and champions a product vision and strategy for a product team managing multiple portfolios

Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Product Management

Ensures alignment of product vision, strategy, and status with the executive leadership team's priorities and vision

Ensures business needs are being met

Oversees team members' work on multiple portfolios throughout the product lifecycle

Promotes and supports mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

Serve as a thought leader within the team and the broader enterprise

+ Communicates product vision, strategic plans, and roadmaps to senior level executives

+ Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics

+ Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce

+ Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals

+ Drives analyses of key competitor, technology, and customer trends

+ Leads strategic and analytic projects for the Product Management team

+ Leads the product and strategic planning process to define and communicate Global eCommerce (GeC) product vision and roadmaps

+ Provides overall direction for Product Planning & Strategy

+ Works with senior leadership to develop and prioritize a new product pipeline

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field and 5 years experience in product management, business consulting, or related field OR 10 years experience in product management, business consulting, or related field.

Serve as a thought leader within the team and the broader enterprise

Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with an agile mindset

Ability to quickly build relationships with key partners across the enterprise

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to achieving objectives

Customer, End User, and Impact focused

Effective communicator to act as an advisor to senior leadership and partners

Flexible and adaptive in ambiguous environments

Prior people management experience.Additional Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree

Experience in Cross-Border Trade, eCommerce, Marketplace
