Auto req ID: 265913BR Job Description Main Purpose of the Role: This role supports the sustainment and delivery of the Order & Contract Management, Pricing, Rebates, DSD and Transportation/Logistics capabilities of the Enterprise First Global template (built through SAP S4 concepts). Objectives of the role are to ensure that the Global Template supports the execution of business processes related to Go To Market & Sales Order Managment from order capture to invoice for PBNA solutio. This role will adopt and adhere to PepsiCo Agile Methodology (PAM) principles for the Global Template project. Order to Cash Process relates to: - Order capture, management and provisioning of goods or services; providing a platform for sales to our end customers, accessing all information necessary to process, manage, ship and track orders in a timely manner - Setting up the correct pricing agreements and master records, i.e. all oninvoice and off-invoice discounts/agreements, free goods, list price, discounts, surcharges, freights, rebate agreements, customer bill backs, tax, etc. - Data governance and pricing controls including mass pricing maintenance; Van Sales, Pre Sales & Pre Order DSD GTM models including enabling integration of back end SAP system with the front line mobility solutions. - Picking, packing, shipping and delivering customer and stock transport orders - Returns or inbound product receipts - Integration with warehouse systems and advance transportation systems for palletization, route planning, load building, etc. Accountabilities: Partner with the Order & Contract Management Global Process Owner, Pricing & Rebates Process, Accounts Receivable and DSD & Transportation/Logistics Process Leads to implement and deploy the endto-end solution - Accountable Support decision-making for Order & Contract Management, Pricing & Rebates, Accounts Receivable, DSD & Transportation/Logistics localization of functionality of the Global Template - Accountable Collaborate with the Order & Contract Management, Pricing & Rebates, Accounts Receivable, DSD and Transportation/Logistics Global Process Leads and Global SMEs to implement and deploy the Global Template Consult/Execute Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities Consult / Execute Collaborate with all value stream teams to sustain and deliver the endto-end Global ERP solution leveraging PAM methodology Consult / Execute Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team memebers to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against Consult / Execute Particiapte in sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies Consult / Execute Along with scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements - Consult / Execute Adopt and and adhere to PAM principles and values: Adopt development practices which focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing waste Foster an environment where communication, teamwork, and innovation are encouraged Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer review within teams COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role. Please note that all such company vaccine requirements provide the opportunity to request an approved accommodation or exemption under applicable law Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred. 12+ years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on Order & Contract Management, Pricing & Rebates Process, Accounts Receivable, and DSD & Transportation/Logistics Management 2+ years of SAP S4 experience preferred. Consulting experience a plus. Mandatory 'Technical' Skills: Strong experience in end to end OTC design and development including integration with other functional areas Record to Report, Make to Deploy, Forecast to Schedule and Trade. In depth knowledge of Pricing, ATP and Back order processing, Material determination, Rebates, Inter company, STOs, contracts, third party process and other sub processes; SAP Pricing & Rebates including pricing techniques and procedures, access sequences, routines ulas, rebate agreements, calculations and settlements, free goods; Accounts Receivable, SAP DSD solution including route preparation, route accounting and settlement for all GTM models van sales, pre sales and pre order Knowledge of all master data objects required to support the Order Management (business partner and roles, customer hierarchy, etc); Pricing & Rebates (pricing condition maintenance, agreements, pricing reports, etc); and, DSD (visit plan, visit lists, routes, sales reps, drivers, hierarchy, etc) Deep and broad Order To Cash experience with Order & Contract Management, Pricing & Rebates Process, Accounts Receivable and DSD & Transportation/Logistics management Familiar with PepsiCo business processes and nuances related to order management across multiple markets.
