Job Description

 

Position Summary

You will lead the KPI reporting strategy for Global Third Party Quality (TPQ), ensure compliance of KPI reporting , work with all regional Third Party Operations (TPO) teams to create tools to meet their KPI reporting needs, and act as the main point of contact and SME for all reporting tools and processes and critical systems and/or initiatives.  You will support the planning, execution, and progress monitoring of regional business and governance processes. You will drive Continuous Improvement (OpEx) and Project Management best practices, promote standard project management practices (templates, processes, coordination, and status reporting) to increase repeatability and gain efficiencies across all the system related projects for TPQ. You will also maintain the portfolio of projects, and interface with the Operational Excellence Regional Teva Global Operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote standard Project Management practices within  Third Party Quality to ensure repeatability of projects and gain efficiencies in execution
    • Work with Regional TPQ and TPO Leaders to understand the business, technical and operational requirements of Teva and implement the right tools and procedures to support delivery
    • Define and refine project management processes and templates
    • Ensure project management practices are followed through monitoring & controlling
    • Provide status reporting to Senior Management, Global TPO and Steering Committees
    • Direct development and implementation of Project Management Office (PMO) metrics and decision support
  • Lead and implement Operational Excellence practices within  Third Party Quality to ensure continuous improvement to gain efficiencies in execution
    • Work with Regional TPQ and TPO Leaders to understand the business, technical and operational requirements of Teva and implement the right tools and procedures to support delivery
    • Define and refine continuous improvements processes and templates
    • Ensure OpEx practices are followed through monitoring & controlling
    • Provide status reporting to Senior Management, Global TPO and Steering Committees
  • Lead the KPI reporting strategy for Third Party Quality 
  • Develop and manage relationships with TPO and TPQ stakeholders in order to define, assess and plan the portfolio of projects and initiatives as well as assess risks
Qualifications

 

Education

  • Bachelors degree in an engineering or scientific discipline required
  • Masters degree preferred
  • Green Belt Certification preferred
  • PMP Certification preferred

 

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years experience leading and managing multiple projects and KPIs in a regulated pharmaceutical, medical device or biotech quality compliance environment 
  • Minimum 10 years of experience implementing efficiencies and developing, tracking and reporting on metrics and delivery 
  • Experience developing and maintaining project management methodologies required 
  • Experience developing and implementing/rolling out KPIs, and Continuous Improvement Programs in a global organization is highly preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 30%--domestic and internationalis necessary
