Pfizer has established a chief digital office which will lead the transformation of Pfizer into a digital powerhouse that will generate patient superior patient experiences that will result in better health outcomes. The Analytic Tools and Platforms team, which is part of Analytics, Informatics and Business Intelligence within the Chief Digital Office is responsible for the development and management of all data and analytic tools and platforms across the enterprise - from manufacturing to global product development and for all Pfizer countries. One of the team's top priorities is the development of an enterprise data lake which will serve as the engine for the company's digital transformation. The US Commercial Solution Delivery and Global Program Director is responsible for all aspects of delivery activities for of all data and analytic platforms/solutions in the US. This role is also responsible for delivery management of select key global data and analytic platform/solution programs. The role should inform the strategic direction of analytics and business intelligences by developing roadmaps for our technology stacks.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**

Reporting to the Director, T/L Commercial US Solution Delivery, the US Commercial Solution Delivery will be responsible for delivering all analytical and data related solutions to all US commercial business units and key select global data/analytics program across the commercial business.



+ Partner with Business and Digital leaders to implement an analytic strategy and roadmap for the US commercial business

+ Proven experience successfully leading large regional and global programs across multiple stakeholders within Digital and the Business Units

+ Solid working knowledge on global go-to-market operations and strategies to influence enterprise-wide scalable solutions

+ Plan, manage, and execute all analytic plans, solutions and data strategies across US commercial business units and global programs

+ Ability to influence to achieve endorsements among senior commercial and digital leaders (eg: Country mangers, VPs, etc..) on solution strategies and roadmaps

+ Collaborate with internal and external organizations as needed to put together the data and analytics necessary to drive strategic initiatives, identifying interdependencies with other domains and functions

+ Understands client's operational needs and strategic direction, specifically in relation to commercial data governance, business intelligence system uses and capabilities, data processes in support of analytics

+ Partner with internal / external partners to design, build and deliver best in class data solutions globally to continuously monitor, curate and improve the quality of our customer analytics and insights

+ The Project Management function will be responsible for managing initiatives that are sourced in or delivered by working collaboratively across Pfizer Digital, vendors, as well as other critical functions. The Director is accountable for on time/on budget/to scope and quality delivery of all initiatives and programs managed by the colleague at a global scale.

+ Strong program management expertise and ability to outline and run teams to deliver BI projects with Agile methodologies.

+ Experienced organizational design to structure teams to deliver to the needs of the team and evolve the operating mechanisms for high productivity and efficiency.

+ Exhibit enterprise thinking and deep understanding of the business processes, needs and gaps

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Professional Experience and Educational Requirements**



+ 10+ years of strong multi-discipline experience, with a preference for experience in technology strategy and management, management consulting and engineering.

+ Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree strongly preferred, with preference for advanced degree holders with a focus in strategy Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent project-related experience

+ 10+ years of related work experience as an established strategic thinker anchored in commercial data and analytics with business acumen and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects and outcomes

+ Experiences in managing large and complex projects and programs over $3M+ in budget

+ Must have strong technical skills, ideally from a hands-on engineering / IT background and ability to leverage this experience to define and deliver projects in an agile environment leading to faster, better and cost-effective outcomes is a key differentiator

+ Must be willing to wear many hats and demonstrate cross-functional end-to-end leadership; from strategic thinking and project planning, to solution architecture, development and deployment to resource allocation

+ Expertise in deploying data management and BI solution using traditional data management and BI technology stacks (Informatica, MicroStrategy, Snowflake, SQLServers, etc..)

+ Knowledgeable of cloud-based architectures, cloud analytics products / solutions, and agile methodologies to enable rapid cycles of development and release of analytics and data products / solutions

+ Exceptional verbal, written communication and organizational skills, along with interpersonal skills that allow for collaboration across a diverse group of people
