**POSITION SUMMARY**

The District Sales Manager is responsible for the supervision and leadership of Therapeutic Sales Representatives (TSRs) to strengthen team performance in order to achieving financial and non-financial objectives through effective planning, analyzing data on historical performance and projecting future performance as well as ensure effectively works cross-functional particularly well collaborate with marketing to generate revenues and expand the target customer base to make sure customer needs are met.



**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**



+ Responsible for District business operations to include: hiring, coaching, TSR development, performance management

+ Develops and implements strategic sales plans and monitors performance for the responsible geographic area to achieve the business potential

+ Routine monitoring and reviewing of key performance parameters

+ Establish and maintain an effective communications system among all members

+ Works in the field at least 10 days with TSRs to coach and counsel on improvement of selling skills, product knowledge, and capabilities needed for successful development

+ Develops and implements District budget plan and manages District budget at TSR level in alignment with Marketing and Category expectations

+ Collaborate with cross-function particularly marketing to support marketing program execution such as Booth and Symposium

+ Maintain required technical expertise in order to respond accurately to questions regarding products, policies, and business-related issues from customers and TSRs

+ Has complete understanding of all relevant compliance laws, policies and processes and ensures actions of self and team are fully compliance

+ Strong cultural collaboration



**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**



**Qualifications:**



+ Minimum requirement on Pharmacy Bachelor's Degree or related field, MBA or advanced degree preferred

+ Previous pharmaceutical marketing or sales experience preferred with at least **three** years spent in a position with demonstrated leadership across peers and customers

+ Strong analytical skills are also required and ability to analyze and draw appropriate conclusions using sales data/call reporting

+ Ability to develop and motivate others, lead through change, previous supervisory experience preferred

+ Experience working with key opinion leaders or high influence customers in hospitals or healthcare organizations preferred.

+ Strong ambition for professional development

+ Be able to work cross-functionally

+ Demonstrated proficiency in working in a matrix organizational structure

+ Good interpersonal skills

+ Proficiency in Thai, English and computer skills especially Microsoft Office

+ This position will require travel as needed to develop internal and external relationships



**Supervision:** Reporting to Category Lead (Thailand)
