Orrick currently has an opportunity for an associate to join our market-leading Energy & Infrastructure practice in Washington, D.C., Houston, New York, or San Francisco.  We are looking for an associate with four to eight years of experience in the areas of infrastructure-focused projects work, specifically with PPP and/or design-build experience.  We seek associates who enjoy working closely with clients within the infrastructure sector in an exciting, fast-paced environment.  Infrastructure experience in these areas is strongly preferred, but we will consider candidates who have worked in financing or M&A transactions involving infrastructure assets.

The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, relevant experience, primary work location, market data, and internal equity.  Other compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus, which would be determined by Firm and individual performance.
