Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related mental health field
  • 2+ years of clinical experience in a mental health/clinical setting
  • 2+ years of experience with Windows PC application, must be able to type and navigate around multiple systems, using multiple screen
  • If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas. In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Call Center experience or experience building rapport, assessing and addressing risk, and developing goals with members in a telephonic, and/or online
  • Experience addressing a variety of problems and issues as presented by callers
  • Experience working flexibly and creatively with other professional team members
  • Experience working with a culturally and geographically diverse population

  • Employees who self-identify as high risk or who live with someone who is high risk have been asked to remain working from home
