PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA), our beverages manufacturing, sales and distribution operating sector in the United States and Canada is seeking an eCommerce Commercial Supply Chain Director in our White Plains, NY office.

Whats Your Role?
The eCommerce Commercial Supply Chain Director is responsible for the development and implementation of integrated supply chain and capability strategies for the eCommerce channel and achieving the defined growth. This role will collaborate with the broader North American eCommerce team in developing the strategic priorities for the channel and key customers.

This role is primarily focused on PBNA Supply Chain activities occurring before the order, working in partnership with PBNA cross-functional teams to enable strategic Supply Chain initiatives.

  • Lead Innovation readiness process to ensure the flawless launch of all eComm Commercial priorities

    • Partner with Commercial peers, Integration, Supply Planning, component source locations and customization centers to ensure inventories are in place for on-schedule production

    • Proactively wire/communicate with supporting locations on eComm Innovation

      • Launch

      • Stabilization

      • Promo Support Sampling, etc

  • Lead strategic PBNA activities with eCommerce customization sites and the BU to drive efficiencies in the production process

  • Lead SKU Rationalization process for eComm customers/source locations

    • TPO recommendations discontinuation process

  • Lead Emerging Customer Activation Process

    • Strategy Team Collaboration

    • Go To Market Strategy

    • SAP / PBC Setup

    • AR Wiring

    • Execution Team Wiring

  • Lead strategic integration projects with eComm customers and partner with internal resources to deliver impactful solutions to drive productivity i.e.

    • Amazon GO / Mendel DSD solution

    • GoPuff EDI Integration

    • Chilled Integration

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Sales and Operations experience as evidenced by previous roles with responsibility for customer service and execution (8+ years in a CPG company)
  • General beverage Supply Chain acumen
  • Experience managing teams
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proven success in working with cross-functional teams
  • Project management skills coordination/execution & follow up
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable operating in a highly dynamic environment
