Auto req ID: 272883BR Job Description This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by securing incremental availability of our Energy Portfolio within a variety of customer channels; Increase support and execution in all channels, enhanced focus on space and points ofdistribution, and build and strengthen route level relationships with enhanced location level wiring and accountability Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities: Grow PEP Energy share within Category; increase distribution, volume, revenue, and points of interruption Develop all assigned accounts relative to sales volume, product distribution, space allocation, warm and cold placements and customer service Solicit new business to increase volume and package distribution, placement of equipment and sell sufficient product inventory Ensure compliance with National and Local execution programs Maintain and increase shelf facings, clean shelving and rotate product Merchandise product, support display builds, utilize point-of-purchase materials to stimulate sales Ability to track and analyze data to ensure targets are achieved Demonstrates a passion to drive results and exceed expectations Self motivated and strives to create a team focused execution approach Direct wiring and location engagement; works well as a team across all Location Reps and Customer Teams to drive PEP Energy Supports initiatives across Retail, Foodservice, and IB Route territories Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location.
