Responsibility for ensuring client relationship/expectation management and the Project team\u0027s ability to deliver client requirements within project deadlines and budget. \u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003ERegularly involved in steering committee meetings and manages their direct and indirect reports responsible for client implementations. defined standards at regional, corporate and global levels .\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure ongoing project compliance to methodology and standards through quality assurance and post implementation reviews.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAppoint Direct \u0026 Indirect reports for implementations and coordinate the formation of ADP project teams.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide guidance and advice at a strategic level across a wide range of project issues to the Vice President, Implementation.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFacilitate project issue resolution by providing guidance, direction or escalation as appropriate and proactively identify and mitigate high level risks across all projects.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAttending project Steering Committee meetings as ADP executive representative as appropriate.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProviding support to the sales organization in pursuit of opportunities in relation to implementation strategies and other product related matters.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide implementation pricing in accordance with the pricing policy .\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EActively monitoring and guiding all activities of Direct \u0026 Indirect reports .\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMonitor overall project financial performance to proactively minimize and mitigate cost overruns.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EConduct performance reviews of Direct Reports and provide counseling/performance feedback on project team members.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAs required, undertaking the Direct \u0026 Indirect Reports role for specific projects.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManaging project quality assurance review reports and post implementation evaluation processes while ensuring coordination and completion of agreed upon action items.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWorking closely with Indirect Reports and Implementation Director and Team Leaders ensuring ownership and completion of tasks.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EActively participate and coordinate with other GlobalView regions to develop global project standards that achieve overall business objectives.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPerforms other related duties as assigned.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAt least 5-7 years client management and relationship building experience\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDemonstrated success managing client relationships with executive level stakeholders and overseeing corresponding service delivery\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to work within and lead a virtual, matrixed and cross cultural team\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMust have prior experience with resource management and proactive/strategic capacity planning\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDevelop open communication with customers, and business partners in an effort to identify opportunities to improve processes and Methodologies\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESelf starter with the confidence to work with minimum supervision\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\u003C/strong\u003E Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMasters Degree preferred\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E5 or more years\u0027 experience with eTime or other Time and Attendance solutions\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAt least 5 years prior experience working in an HCM or HRIS organization\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProven ability to manage resources across multiple, large-scale projects successfully\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDemonstrated ability to define, develop, and deliver exceptional project management methodologies\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExperience in defining and executing quality reviews and risk mitigation plans for projects\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExperience in SAP Project Management/Implementation Leadership is preferable\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to manage and lead a
