Key job responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Vice President Equipment Financing perform a variety of functions including, but not limited to:

Evaluates, analyzes, and prepares equipment finance documentation requests.

Prepares legal and other required documentation in accordance with legal requirements and Association standards.

Coordinates with loan officers, branch staff, customers, and vendors as appropriate to ensure documents are properly executed, recorded, and completed.

Evaluates and analyzes supporting information including invoices, lien searches, UCC filings, property waivers, etc.

Authorizes vendor payments within delegated authority. Ensure sales tax is properly administered.

Updates and maintains equipment finance pipeline with appropriate tracking tools.

Manages interim lease transactions.

Responds to inquiries and provide information to branch staff, vendors, and accounting.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Strong decision making skills as well as strong interpersonal, communication, customer service and team skills.

Possess proven, effective problem solving skills as well as effective negotiating, influencing and marketing skills.

Possess advanced computer skills including MS Office applications and other related industry applications.

Must be able to travel to perform certain required duties

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma, plus at least two years of post-high school education, or equivalent and at least five years of relevant experience.
