Etrasimod represents an exciting new launch opportunity in the I&I portfolio. Following the acquisition of Arena Pharmaceuticals in March 2022, Pfizer is continuing to build out its cross-functional launch team. As Pfizer endeavors to expand its leadership in I&I, we are preparing to launch this new medicine in mid-2023 to support patients with Ulcerative Colitis (and Crohn's Disease in subsequent years). Etrasimod has best-in-class safety and efficacy potential in Ulcerative Colitis (UC) and therefore a robust risk-benefit profile that would be complementary to the current portfolio; potentially enabling treatment of a broader sub-set of UC patients.

The UC category is growing due to increased diagnoses and substantial unmet need. Most patients will not achieve sustained remission with current treatment options and thus tend to cycle through multiple products before finding a product that works. To make matters worse, many stable patients will eventually no longer benefit from their medicine and will need to transition to another product. As such, it is critical that patients and HCPs have multiple product options for patients in different stages of their treatment journey. This is in part why Pfizer believes this new asset can bring substantial value to UC patients.

Given the potential product profile of this molecule, our history in the GI therapeutic area, and the substantial unmet need in UC, we project this product to become one of the most significant products within the entire enterprise.

The Sr. Manager, HCP Omnichannel/Customer Experience Lead is a mission critical role that will be responsible for preparing the potential asset for launch in mid-2023. This will include insight discovery, product positioning, strategy, and tactical development, to support branded campaign messaging and execution in the HCP channel. This colleague will report to the HCP Team Lead and will help ensure a world-class product launch into the dynamic and increasingly competitive UC category. HCP marketing experience, analytic and business planning skills, and the ability to inspire internal and external stakeholders are preferred

The **Etrasimod Launch HCP Sr. Manager - Omnichannel/Customer Experience** will be accountable for developing customer insights into meaningful strategies that maximize HCP engagement and asset growth. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Branded Campaign Development & Execution

+ Partner closely with the HCP director to develop and activate a new HCP campaign, including identification of new customer insights, positioning/targeting strategy, messaging, and creative concept testing

+ Omni-Channel / Digital Strategy Pull-Through

+ Develop compelling omnichannel materials; incorporate key BM3.3 initiatives and learnings (e.g., PfizerPro guidance)

+ Support Journey Orchestration process and framework creation for the team

+ Ensure appropriate synergies and alignment across channels (e.g., Consumer, Advanced Customers and Payer)

+ Spearhead social content development and engagement

+ Non-Personal Promotion "Day 1" Launch Readiness

+ Assist in development of key "Now Approved" launch materials/digital resources (HCP website, HQ e-mail, direct mail, banner ads, journal ads, etc.)

+ Explore additional channels and tactics (podcasts, YouTube, etc.)

+ Customer Experience Pull-Through

+ Develop innovative solutions to optimize the HCP journey (pre-dose monitoring/EKG requirements, barriers to prescribing, post-prescription access requirements, etc.)

+ Partner with the I&I payer marketing team to ensure a seamless HCP access experience (Specialty pharmacy channel)

+ Launch Ops Liaison

+ Work directly with our Global launch operations lead to incorporate learnings and provide feedback to the launch navigation group

+ Ensure brand team is working towards appropriate launch timelines, activities, and decision points leveraging the DDLP system


Candidate demonstrates the ability to influence key stakeholders and collaborate with peers to achieve

meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

+ 7+ years of pharmaceutical experience preferred

+ HCP marketing experience required

+ Digital and social experience

+ Launch experience preferred

+ Demonstrated creativity and innovative idea development

+ Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to mobilize key stakeholders and engage senior leadership

+ Demonstrated success in maintaining productive/collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners

+ Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills

+ Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

+ Enthusiasm and self-motivation are essential

+ Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred

Remote candidacy will require travel to NYHQ.
