**Sodexo** is seeking an **Executive Catering Chef 2** for **North Carolina A&T University** located in **Greensboro, North Carolina.** The Executive Chef will have oversight of our high volume catering department/team and the largest "all you care to eat" restaurant and Retail venues as needed.This role will be highly involved in succession planning, financial management, team development, marketing programming, Corporate initiative implementation/oversight as well as high levels of student engagement.

The Executive Chef will have oversight of all back of the house CATERING functions. This position will supervise a culinary team consisting of 10-12 hourly team members. This role will be highly involved in financial management, team development, food quality and presentation as well as maintaining a high level of creativity and innovation. **The successful candidate will:**
+ be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting;
+ ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;
+ have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;
+ ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and/or
+ have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.
