**Unit Description**
**Sodexo Corporate Services** is seeking an **Executive Chef 3** to join our team at one of our high profile accounts in **Nashua, New Hampshire** !
This is a **hands on, high impact, high visibility position** that is responsible for enhancing our client satisfaction, and dining experience through culinary creativity, food presentation and overall leadership presence at this outstanding account. Your skills to support the focus of driving elevated food quality, flavor, food presentation and culinary innovation in all aspects of the process and to enhance and maintain a high level of satisfaction for our client will be of most importance.
The food operation at our locations consists of 1 corporate cafe and extensive catering operations. This location has a building population of 900 where we have a cafe that serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catering operations. The best qualified candidate will have strong culinary skills and have an understanding of production at a similar level volume, also understand that this is a hands on working chef position. **The Executive Chef 3** will have excellent organization and communication skills.
**This position offers a predominantly Monday through Friday schedule!**
**We are looking for candidates who will:**
+ manage the daily food production including production planning and controls;
+ ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality;
+ manage food costing, controls and compliance;
+ develop menus and manage inventory;
+ have high expectations for customer service and quality of food;
+ have the ability and willingness to develop and train front-line employees;
+ have a passion for food and innovation;
+ have a strong catering background
+ have knowledge of special diets and allergens; and
+ knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) is preferred.
+ is an independent self-starter who can work in a high-paced environment with a very demanding client who can multi-task while managing 10 associates.
**The ideal candidate has:**
+ a strong culinary background, with the demonstrated ability to stay current with new culinary trends;
+ excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implements company policies;
+ previous experience working in a high-volume facility; and
+ strong management skills.
