Sodexo is seeking an experienced **Retail Culinary Executive Chef 3** for **Retail Dining Operations at a University located in Northern New Jersey.**
Qualified candidates will have large volume culinary experience in higher education. Seeking a showcase Chef who has supported catering and conferencing as well as can develop showcase themed dining events.Ethnic culinary diverse menu experience is important. Has experience working with a marketing team to create themed showcase events in a learning setting which is educational for students and administration. Can demonstrate a culinary passion and train a team of chefs to follow division and self created programs on campus. Is able to speak in public comfortably for culinary presentations.

Provides culinary leadership within a large sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution.
