The Executive Chef will entice\u0026nbsp;buyers to buy the product that they represent by creating customer interest.\u0026nbsp;Specifically, they will demonstrate the functionality of the product, answer\u0026nbsp;questions, and provide customers with product information. Executive Chefs will\u0026nbsp;read the client/audience, and adapt their approach to best fit the needs of their\u0026nbsp;audience. \u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cbr /\u003E They will also oversee the condition and appearance of the kitchen and\u0026nbsp;demonstration areas, product inventory, and ensure that areas are clean and safe.\u0026nbsp;They will also train, mentor, and develop Sous Chef\u0027s on product knowledge and\u0026nbsp;food demonstration skills. The Executive Chef must be able to charismatically\u0026nbsp;communicate with clients while high-lightening product features/benefits in order to\u0026nbsp;gain buyer interest and create meaningful food retailers and\u0026nbsp;specialty markets\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E- Oversees and ensures that the food is of high quality and prepared to the proper\u0026nbsp;specifications\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E- Explains technical product or service information to customers\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E- Conducts menu planning and the creation of new dishes\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E- Pays close attention to the cost standards associated with each menu item while\u0026nbsp;managing product inventory and orders\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E- Ensures
