Duo Security is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to support the DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) region, based from our London office. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, who can quickly get up to speed and drive a regional field marketing plan into the DACH region.

What You'll Do:

As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be aligned with sales teams to help create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to ensure revenue goals are met. Shown experiences in various marketing techniques, including online and traditional marketing is required. Specifically, you will:

  • Create and execute targeted regional marketing plans to bring together corporate programs and regional opportunities, including but not limited to field events, trade shows, and partner programs.
  • Understand buying/selling process involving multiple decision-makers for SaaS purchases. Provide support through sales tools, training, and market expertise to the sales team to ensure their ability to consultatively sell solutions.
  • Build and maintain ongoing communications with regional sales VPs and directors, field marketing peers, and account executives.
  • Help drive lead generation activity in developing qualified sales leads and creating brand awareness activities.
  • Forecast, measure and analyze the impact of programs on sales cycles.
  • Assist pipeline team in developing regional and campaign specific target lists.
  • Communicate with sales to gain agreement, understanding, and participation in marketing programs.
  • Identify sales training needs and collaboratively develop programs to address field sales knowledge weaknesses.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to travel 30%
  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in high-tech B2B software field
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Experience working in marketing with shown success and high initiative in the creation and execution of effective demand generation campaigns
  • CRM (Salesforce.com) experience desired
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong ability to influence others and work collaboratively with other departments
  • Ability to handle large detailed project to tight timelines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust and respect from sales management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to take initiative, lead by example, and achieve extraordinary results.
  • High energy, self-directed, great teammate
  • Detail oriented
