Finance Pricing Asst. Analyst
Overview This individual contributes to the success of PepsiCo by supporting the Pricing Operations team. The objective of this position is to assist in both the set-up, execution, and analysis of pricing information to support PBNA. This individual will actively work with PepsiCos Headquarters and Divisions sales leaders and is responsible to drive increased revenue through accurate input, process compliance and risk mitigation. He/she will serve as primary contact/business partner to link various lines of the business for all pricing processes and applications. They will also be responsible to facilitate communication and relationship building with internal and external business partners and serve as a liaison between all parties. The primary focus of the position will be to perform short pay analysis and risk mitigation, general portfolio support tasks, and provide process and reporting support to functional end users across multiple lines of business and geographies. Responsibilities Serve as a process and technical resource on customer and business driven initiatives, providing insights, implementation strategies and execution Identify and implement both application and process improvements that complement the selling process, minimize administrative distractions, drive efficiencies, maintain and build financial controls, and enhance the functional end user experience Develop clear and concise communications, training materials and tools that help build functional user acumen and skills Support providing pricing input into customer proprietary web-based applications for top strategic customer Perform short pay analysis and research as needed on Customer issues Monitor price compliance and perform validation checks to identify exceptions to improve execution and to minimize financial risks Analyze trends and provide recommendations for process/technology changes to improve process compliance and drive efficiencies Facilitate and initiate CSC, HQ/Division and/or Customer conference calls Salary Range: 57K-62K Qualifications Four-year degree or minimum 3 years comparable business experience Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction Strong PC/technical skills including demonstrated proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel and working knowledge of Trade Promotions Management (TPM) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with multiple levels of internal and external business partners Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal skills -driven, detail oriented and results focused individual with intellectual curiosity and a customer service approach is desired This role requires a collaborative team player and an ability to positively interact with peers and associates across various organizational levels and functions Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location.
